NEM Technology designed and installed an 11-camera commercial surveillance system for Sai Connections in Van Nuys. Cameras were positioned across activity rooms, shared areas, entry points and the exterior approach to create practical, property-wide visibility.
The high-ceiling interior called for protected surface-mounted cable routes that remain accessible for future service. Every camera was brought into a single system, with a wall-mounted display configured for a clear live overview of the property.
