The need
Create clearer visibility around the property’s exterior approaches and less-visible side areas.
Project 10 · Pasadena, California
A professionally installed surveillance system that brings the property’s entrances, corners and side access areas together on one central monitoring display.

01 / Project overview
NEM Technology installed a multi-camera surveillance system for a property in Pasadena. The layout was planned around the exterior routes people use most: the main entrance, building corners, side passages and service areas.
Cameras were mounted at useful observation points, cable routes were protected along the existing building surfaces, and all live views were organized on one display for faster day-to-day monitoring.
